Written for students of Portuguese as a second language, this series contains both written and oral texts and exercises. For each of the THREE books in the series: 1) elementary, 2) intermediate and 3) advanced, an audio cassette is available on which one hears recordings of the texts and oral exercises. Each of the short dialogues or readings, whose topics are daily real-life situations, is followed by comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar exercises. The solutions to the exercises can be found in the back of each book. An excellent supplementary reader that can also be used as a self-help book. There is no English provided. Volumes 1 and 2 are sold separately.
